A Plea for Support.

The last 12 months has been a wonderful time for me creativity wise.
12 X3 Guides, 2 ebooks, a number of important X3 forum threads, and 2 versions of the X3 Handbook.
Not to mention all of my spiritual writings.
An incredable year of writing for me.

But alas, 2006-2007 has been disasterous for me financially.

One of the reasons why I can spend so much time on X3 guides and mods, is that I am currently unable to work for health reasons. This gives me time, but not money.

This site is not supported in any way financially, except through the generosity of those who use it.

The majority of the traffic and bandwidth for the entire site, comes from the X3 community.

So, as much as I hate doing so, I need to beg your humble indulgence to donate towards the upkeep of my site.

The X3 Handbook has so far been downloaded about 8,500 times, from this site alone. I havent asked how many from Giskard and esd's sites.

Version 2 has already been downloaded 500 times.

Out of the 8500 who have downloaded the X3 Handbook,
if just 10% really got some benefit to their X3 gameplay from it,
and of those 850, if just 50 can donate me A$5, $5US or 5Euros,
then I can renew this site and domain for another year. And carry on with the work I set out to do.

If another 30 did so, I could add ApricotMappingService.com to the site and make the X3 section unique, something I simply have not been able to afford to do, but which really is, and always has been, necessary.

Donations of any size, (whatever you will not miss), are therefore, gratefully accepted. Even if you have only a dollar left in your paypal account, that dollar will be gratefully received.

attempting to donate through Circleofatlantis involves forms and information I found inconvenient and worrisome. I was attempting to donate for the excellent work of your guide, and really didn't want to give my personal info as if I was purchasing a product to be shipped. Nothing personal, just not my agenda at the time.
