For those who want more cargo space in
their PHQ, this will give you 50 mill. It also installs the PHQ for
purchase at Boron shipyards. (Please complain about the price to
Egosoft, not me !)

Install using Cycrows X Plugin Manager.
Uses 10cat/10.dat.
If you already have a 10, then rename to the next unused number. ie. if you already have a 12, then call it 13.
